How to MNP?

• Ensure that there are no overdue balance or running contract

Kindly verify that you have paid all your current mobile service bills and that you are not currently committed to any contracts.

• Get your new XOX SIM Card

You will receive your new XOX SIM Card after successful registration. Kindly wait until your current mobile service is terminated before using your new SIM Card.

• Ensure that your mobile number is active

Kindly ensure that your current mobile number is active and is registered under your name.

• Activating your XOX

When “XOX” appears on your phone, you need to make one outgoing call to activate your XOX service and to enjoy the 28-month validity period.

• Walk into any XOX outlets to register

Call us, pm or Message us with your identification documents (MyKAD or passport) to register. If you are currently on a postpaid plan, bring along your latest statement.
